Always helpful and go out their way for you. Have solved so many problems for me. Customer service is great. Sometimes you need to wait a bit but it is worth it. It's an old school hardware store. It is fabulous.

These guys are awesome And friendly. Just moved into the neighborhood and every time something came up while I was getting settled into my apartment they were able to help. I even went to them one day with a metal rack that wouldn’t unscrew because of the threads and they got unscrewed for me free of charge.

I just wanted to take the time to thank the employee who helped me at this hardware store yesterday with my broken walker!! What a mess, the pin holding the wheel popped out, and the employee, kind man with grey hair, helped me with a quick, under $2 fix!

Bob from Garden Hardware Store is a neighborhood gem! A true professional who knows every product he sells inside out. He also has lots of insights on the various trades from plumbing to electrical to carpentry and painting. Garden Hardware I cannot recommend anymore strongly!

Best hardware store in the neighborhood. I actually live closer to 3 different hardware stores but I go to this one because the quality is so good. Love how you gotta do a consultation because they store everything in the back. I’m not very handy so it’s been very reassuring to get recommendations from the experts. Also, I like that they don’t try to upsell you. One time I went in looking for new nails but the owner told me I could just use the nails I already had. I never thought I’d be this excited about a hardware store.
